| Choose a disinterested third person to proctor your EFINAL™ (not a relative or family member). For example, students commonly choose real estate licensees (salespersons, brokers, and appraisers), commissioned notary publics, real estate association staff, working librarians, clergy, and other disinterested third persons to proctor EFINAL™ exams. | 2 | Register Your Proctor and Provide Exam Data | |
| To register, click EFinal™ Registration below for your applicable education program and complete the form. After we verify your proctor information we will activate your EFINAL™ and email your proctor the user id and password for your EFINAL™ attempt | ||

| 3 | Complete the Exam and Receive Instant Feedback | |
| Moseley will alert you when your EFINAL™ is active so you may arrange to meet your proctor at the testing site of your choice (requires computer and Internet connection). The proctor logs you into the Moseley EFINAL™ and monitors your attempt. After you score 75% or better on both portions of the exam (State and National), the proctor completes an online pledge to certify your results. Moseley then uploads your data to PSI and you may register for the VA Licensing Exam after 2 business days. | ||
