	A full time licensed agent since 1990, Jeff Mays is the Sales Manager for Coldwell Banker Vaughan and Company, Inc. He oversees 60 sales associates and staff. Prior to this role in management and training, Jeff was regularly in the top 10% of real estate agents with Coldwell Banker nationally and locally with the Richmond Association of Realtors for 10 years. At one point, he was a buyer’s agent for one of the top real estate teams in the country that was selling 150+ new and resale homes a year. He has served as relocation director for Coldwell Banker Vaughan and Company, Inc. He has consistently been awarded the National Coldwell Banker Manager’s Award of Excellence. He’s also earned the Coldwell Banker Previews Property Specialist designation for Luxury Home Sales.	Jeff Mays has: Conducted 500+ Sales Training Sessions for Realtors Developed and conducts a three week Six Figure Income Training Program Conducted 60+ New Home Sales Meetings Responsible for one of the highest per agent production real estate firms in the US Conducts 6 new agent licensing courses a year Runs the #1 office Southeast Region-Coldwell Banker-2007 Publishes a monthly Richmond Real Estate Market Report Developed tens of new home marketing ads, Internet and email pieces
