	I am a native of the Northern Virginia area. Having grown up here, I have a wealth of local knowledge and the resources that I pass long to clients and students alike. I am a graduate of GMU with a B.A. in Government and International Politics and currently reside with my husband Jason in Fairfax Station, Virginia. My first exposure to real estate sales was when I attended my first settlement at 21 months, but I only count the last 7 years as an active real estate salesperson. Because of my strong beliefs in the power of a referral-based real estate business and my love of education, I became a certified mentor with Buffini & Company and a Moseley Real Estate School instructor. I wear many hats in the EXIT Advantage Realty office, I am acting office sales manager, mentor, and associate broker. I love my job, and my energy and enthusiasm shows! Through my 7 years of business experience, I've been able to master the skill set of a professional sales person. Armed with a wealth of knowledge and professional training, I am able to provide top-notch service.	Being the "DOB" (Daughter of the Broker) has its advantages - I work harder than anyone else to prove I am competent and a professional businesswoman in my own right. The joy and the rewards of working within our family owned and operated office continually exceed my expectations. I work with a team of professionals that I am proud to call associates and friends. I'm a member of Northern Virginia Association of Realtors, Virginia Association or Realtors, National Association of Realtors, pending membership into the Women's Council of Realtors.
