	Background
	Shawn Harris is the Principal Broker/Owner of two EXIT Metro Realty offices in Alexandria, Virginia. Having received her first real estate license in 1979 in Michigan, Shawn has 26 years experience in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. She is licensed as a broker in Virginia, Washington, DC and Maryland and her instructors license in the state of Virginia. Her background as a top producing agent with Pardoe and Graham and Long & Foster has also earned her the coveted lifetime sales award in the Northern Virginia Association Multi-Million Dollar Club.	Ms. Harris has raised three children in Northern Virginia. She formerly owned her own design/construction firm before turning her attention full time to real estate. Other designations include EcoBroker, GRI, and CRS designee.

	Michael Adams, Associate Broker
	Background
	Michael is an Associate Broker with EXIT Metro Realty and is licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson in Maryland & Washington, DC. Michael started in Real Estate as an investor and after several years of buying and renovating properties decided to become a Realtor^®. Michael was first licensed in 2003. Michael has earned the ABR^® designation (Accredited Buyers Representative) and has been recognized as a NVAR Multi-Million Dollar Top Producer.
