Leeann Pierce Carolla has lived in the
Northern Virginia, DC Metro area since 1980.
A Naval Intelligence Officer, after graduating from
Oregon State University
in 1979, Leeann served in three different assignments in the Washington DC
area. They included
Navy commands in Crystal
City, the National Security Agency and
the Defense Intelligence Agency.
After transferring to the Naval Reserves, she held a
number of professional positions in communications and computer
development. With a
great deal of excitement, Leeann work for United Airlines in a
number of positions leaving shortly after the tragic events of
September 11, 2001.
With all the customer service experience she had gained working
as a Realtor real estate was an obvious choice for Leeann.
Initially working as a commercial Realtor, Leeann has
branched out to include residential real estate.
Her unique combination of working both areas verses one
or the other has made her an expert in the field of real estate.
Her background as a business developer and Naval Officer
has trained her in presentation and instruction.
She is eloquent, humorous and extremely informative when
teaching.

An avid golfer and sports enthusiast (go
Redskins), Leeann lives with her husband of 25 years, oldest
daughter and 6 month old granddaughter in
Herndon, Va.
Her youngest daughter will graduate from Randolph Macon
College in May of 2008 and
plans on a teaching career.
Not to be forgotten all the Carolla family lives with
their 2 Labrador Retrievers and their best buddy Bailey the
mutt.
