Donna Paton is the Principal Broker of Paton Real Estate, LLC
located at 1401 Chain Bridge Road, McLean, Virginia. The
company was founded by Paton in 2001. Under her supervision, the
firm’s associate broker and agents, provide residential real
estate services in Virginia, Maryland and the District of
Columbia. After several years in the defense contracting industry, working for firms such as Raytheon Service Company and RCI, Paton began her real estate career. In 1987, she became the Director of Sales and Marketing for a 200-acre residential waterfront community in Annapolis, MD. She attended real estate classes with Long and Foster, as well as, Weichert Academy prior to joining Weichert Realtors in 1996. In addition to selling homes and working with buyers, Donna served as an office mentor for new real estate agents, administered a listing presentation program, and conducted Spring Buyers Seminars. |
Paton studied Broker Law, Appraisal, Financing and Brokerage
Management prior to becoming a Principal Broker. She
opened Paton Real Estate, LLC with a strong commitment to her
clients. “Here, we look at our client’s success in the
real estate transaction when we measure an agent’s success. We
make our clients number one and we understand excellent customer
service. Our motto is, ‘Our priorities are
simple...they're yours!’” In 2004, Paton received the designation of Seniors Real Estate Specialist to better serve the specific needs of senior buyers and sellers. She is a member of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Virginia Association of Realtors, Maryland Association of Realtors, and Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors. Donna teaches salesperson licensing courses at her Mclean office offered through the Moseley School of Real Estate. An avid international traveler, she is a founding member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Chisinau, Moldova. She is currently exploring investment opportunities in Argentina, SA. Donna holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland with a major in Management and Consumer Studies. |
