Background 
I have been in real estate almost 15 years.  I am a licensed broker in three states: Maryland, Virginia, and DC.  From simple property to multi-unit investing, I am an avid real estate investor.  I currently train agents, brokers, and business owners in our franchise company - Realty Direct Franchise Corporation.  We have offices across the country and are ranked in the Entrepreneur Magazine Top 500 franchises.

I have an MBA and BS in Chemistry.  Before real estate, I was a consultant for PriceWaterhouseCoopers and have programmed, consulted and developed many on-line applications.  I currently head the Realty Direct Franchise Corporations real estate technology development area and have developed many systems for the company.		 I enjoy spending time with my children, going to the lake house, and developing new systems.  I have been a teacher and trainer since high school... from chemistry, to real estate contracts, to business broker management - I enjoy teaching and my students tell me "she has a way of making complicated things so simple to understand".  I enjoy doing just that and I enjoy seeing others learn and grow.  Knowledge is power and I like to ensure that others have more of it.
