Tanya has been in the business of real estate since 1993.
Starting as a real estate assistant, she knew this would be a
career she would enjoy for years to come. After having her
3rd child, Tanya pursued her real estate schooling
and received her license. Her prior military background is
an asset to her business in that she works well with diverse
clientele. Tanya is married with 3 children, ages 22, 19
and 13 and has 2 grandchildren, Michael and Milachi .
As an Associate Broker with Ricks Lifelong Realty, Inc., Tanya
enjoys building lifelong relationships with her clients. She
maintains her knowledge of the market and is always seeking to
learn and pass it on to her clients. She currently has her ABR
(Accredited Buyer Representative), GRI (Graduate of Realtor
Institute) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist)
designations. Primarily focusing on residential real
estate, Tanya sold over $1,000,000. in real estate early in her
career, thereby earning the prestigious award for the
millionaires club. Committed to excellence, Tanya helps
her clients meet their real estate goals as well as life
