State Education Requirements
	Education: All Virginia Salespersons and Brokers must earn 2 credit-hours of state-approved education from a state-approved real estate school by the first renewal following July 1, 2007. This is a one-time requirement. Notes: This is a one-time only requirement which applies to all active licensees renewing or reinstating their license. This two-hour course is in addition to the 30 hours of post-license education required of new salespersons, and the 16 hours of CE required of other salespersons and brokers.
Tuition
Your Moseley tuition is just $15 for the entire 2 credit-hour course! Tuition includes unlimited access to all available Moseley learning options and ongoing career services!
