Dawn Wilson

Salesperson and Moseley Instructor
(703) 217-4959 |

I became a Realtor® because I want to help people avoid the pitfalls that some buyers and sellers experience. My education and training as a lawyer with my background in finance can be an enormous benefit to my clients. When helping people buy or sell a home, I do not use a one-size fits all approach. Based on my clients needs, I help them, step-by-step, achieve their goals. Each client’s goal may be different. My years practicing as an attorney trained me to assess the facts and develop the correct strategy for my client. Once we have identified the goals, I can help with the appropriate financing strategy for buyers and marketing strategy for sellers.

By working with me, buyers will find the right home for their needs, and the transaction will get to closing. I handle all the behind the scenes details and issues that may crop up. By being proactive, I make sure the deal does not fall through and that it gets to closing. By working with me, sellers will be able to transition to the next step in their lives. I give them the time to focus on their future while I take care of the home selling details and get them the most money possible in the shortest timeframe. I work hard to minimize any inconveniences for them.
