A long time resident of Gainesville, Melissa Vahdati earned her Real Estate License in 2008 and her Brokers license in 2013. She has worked with and learned from some of the industry’s top agents in the country to enhance her understanding of the market and all aspects of real estate.
Melissa is originally from Ohio and has earned a bachelor degree from the Ohio State University and believes that REALTORS have an obligation to be well educated in order to provide the level of service and protection that her clients deserve. She is a licensed Real Estate Instructor and teaches Virginia Real Estate Salesperson Licensing for Mosley Real Estate School.

She is a member in good standing of the Prince William Association of Realtors, the Virginia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Melissa feels that being a REALTOR is more than joining professional associations; she believes that REALTORS should be involved in the communities where they work as well. Melissa has served her community in many capacities including, Habitat for Humanity, Architectural Review Board for her home owners association, Insiders Group and the Education Committee at the Prince William Association of Realtors.

Vicki Shoemaker Cloud is the #1 Realtor with EXIT Heritage Realty in Haymarket, Virginia. Vicki’s goal is to share her international experience and language skills with the local market while staying true to her roots as a local resident since 1967. Although she was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, she moved to Manassas before age 1 and attended Bennett Elementary, Marsteller Middle and Osbourn Park High Schools in Manassas as well as Strayer University. CASA, Court Appointed Special Advocates, is a local charity benefitting abused and neglected children, that is near and dear to her heart so she has been volunteering many hours of her time to the cause for over a decade.
Vicki is the third generation of Realtors in her family. Having spent many years in Europe (mostly Italy and France), she is 100% fluent in Italian and speaks some Spanish and French too. Once returning to the United States in 2002, Vicki obtained her license as a Real Estate salesperson and achieved three designations in her first years as a realtor, as well as consecutive years as a Top Producer in The Prince William Association of Realtors. These designations mirror her goals in her career through the ABR, Accredited Buyer Representative, GRI® Graduate, REALTOR® Institute, and the CIPS, Certified International Property Specialist.
Vicki is a member of the NAR, National Association of Realtors, VAR, Virginia Association of Realtors as well as the PWAR, Prince William Association of Realtors. She joined The Grievance Committee at PWAR in 2003 and one year later was nominated and appointed as the Chairperson of the Grievance Committee and continues to volunteer her time and provide her talent and knowledge to the process as Co-Chairperson in 2014. Ethics and fairness are paramount in the real estate profession and Vicki diligently strives to properly represent her clients. Vicki was the sole receiver of the 2007 PWAR Code of Ethics award.
After Vicki became a broker in 2005, she began instructing with Moseley Real Estate Schools. Vicki taught their courses in many other Northern Virginia offices over several years. She taught the “Principals in Real Estate” course for promising new salespersons as well as the Broker’s, PLE, Post Licensing Education & CE, Continuing Education courses. In 2007, Vicki joined the team of instructors of the PWAR instructing the “Limited Service Brokerage” class then in 2008 was trained and certified as an Ethics Instructor by the VREB, Virginia Real Estate Board.
