Tuition & Refund Policies

TUITION POLICY

Students may enroll at any time for Moseley’s Online courses. For folks interested in registering for our live course offerings (Local Classes and Career Seminars), we ask that registrations be completed 4 days prior to the start of the class.

Your original online course enrollment is valid for 12 months.

COURSE EXTENSIONS

Need extra time to finish your course? We can help!

Course extensions are available to purchase by contacting Student Services during normal business hours.

If it has been more than 24 months since the original course enrollment, students will be required to re-purchase their course at the current price in order to remain enrolled.

REFUND POLICY

We hope it doesn’t happen, but in the case that you change your mind or circumstances change, Moseley will make it right. Your Moseley tuition for salesperson or broker courses is 100% refundable for any reason. Refunds must be requested in writing (mail, fax, or email) within 10 calendar days of payment or prior to the first day of your classroom session, whichever comes first. All textbooks must be returned in re-sellable, like-new condition or the cost will be deducted from the course total (current editions/versions ONLY). Refunds for online courses will only be given if the student has not yet begun the online course.
